Re: NEW Official Spirit Track Analyzing Thread
The train looks a bit like Ganondorf, but it doesn't have to mean anything. Just take a look at Zauz from Phantom Hourglass:
![]() It's debatable whether he looks more like a Rito than Ganondorf, but he definitely has similarities. However, in the game, it meant nothing.

...He's part of the Cobble Kingdom. OoOoOh. Spoilerz.
![]() I just looked again, and I think the train looks like Waluigi. It's the nose.

Re: NEW Official Spirit Track Analyzing Thread
One more thing outta me.
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm still upset over the reuse of Zelda's character model (and Link's) But at least she seems taller than usual. I mean, this is a new princess and hero...you'd think they'd spice 'em up a tad bit more. And the old paper look...what the...where'd it go. :C

Re: NEW Official Spirit Track Analyzing Thread
What do we know about the robot-arm guy that carries Zelda's body away? He seems interesting...
Does anyone know his name yet?

Re: NEW Official Spirit Track Analyzing Thread
A Phantom?
They're basically just Iron Knuckles / Darknuts from the other Zelda games with a different name. The one in Spirit Tracks looks like just another, but with Zelda possessing it. If you watch the newest trailer, you'll see Zelda come out of one, and it 'dies' in a poof of purple smoke like regular enemies.

A long, kinda pointy, downward angled nose. This train has a fat round nose, it looks nothing like Ganondorf. |

Re: NEW Official Spirit Track Analyzing Thread
^ I agree. Plus, if they wanted to make it look like Ganondorf, wouldn't the eyebrows be regular, red fire? It would make more sense.

Re: NEW Official Spirit Track Analyzing Thread
So do I. I was quite confused when everyone started claiming it was Ganontrain...surely, the designers wouldn't have given him a great red honker like that if he was intended to be the King of Evil.

Re: NEW Official Spirit Track Analyzing Thread
Hey all, time to introduce a new idea.
I was watching the newly released trailer, and I decided to analyze it. I haven't seen anyone else mention this, so I decided I'd mention it. I think Spirit Tracks will only have four dungeons, similar in style to Minish Cap and Majora's Mask. My proof? http://i33.tinypic.com/2vxezgp.png The symbol by the forest is rather difficult to see, but you can tell it resembles the symbol found in the forest themed dungeon. Only five of those symbols appear, four in each corner of the map (I'm guessing to coincide with the idea that the Spirit Tracks spread out in four directions from the Spirit Tower.) and then one in the middle, probably representing Spirit Tower. Does this mean Spirit Tracks will be like Majora's Mask, Minish Cap, and Wind Waker, where there were only a few dungeons, but a million sidequests to complete outside of the main story? I hope so, I felt that PH didn't have enough sidequests to occupy me after I finished the game. |

Re: NEW Official Spirit Track Analyzing Thread
^ Yeah, that's what I meant. Four main dungeons outside of the final dungeon. I expect there could be smaller areas that don't exactly qualify as dungeons, like the Ice Cavern in OoT or Ikana Castle in MM. I just feel that your main quest will revolve around getting something from those four dungeons, and then having the final showdown in the Spirit Tower.
Sorry if I wasn't more specific. |

Link's new hookshot/grappling hook item is very snake like this time. Seriously, it looks like a rattle snake.
