Link's voice actor...

A new Link should get a new voice. Though, I guess it doesn't really matter. TP's voice actor was new, but he only just imitated the OoT Link to the point where it just sounded like a parody.

Nobuyuki Hiyama FTW! I also know him from YuYu Hakusho as Hiei.

He's a very talented voice actor. All of his lines/sounds have emotion and he put his full effort into them. Bring him back!

I think "Ung" and "Hyaa" are pretty much the same no matter who says them.

Why are we arguing over who voices the 10 or so styles of screams Link has?

If it's a new Link, then a new voice actor, if it's TP or OoT Link, then use the voice it used in that game originally.

If it's a new one, it should defineately be Japanese, most English speaking people don't know how to shout correctly I would say.

OoT voice actor was the best one, I would love to see him reprise the role.

Why have you put American as an option and not British? After all, in Link's time the closest realworld analogue is probably medieval Britain, for OoT at least.

Nintendo should have ME as the next voice actor for Wii Link. I can shout "HUUT HAAT WAAAT HUYAAAH SAAYAAH!!" just fine and do soft grunts and gasps as well.

If there was actual spoken dialogue, then I would have to say French actor Vincent Cassel.

When speaking, he purrs with a kind of sensual voice with an edge, and in languages other than French, it is flavored by a slight French/European accent that would be perfect for Link. I can totally picture it, and I think it would be a fangirl's wet dream were this to be done.

Not a good example, but in American movies he voiced Monsieur Hood in Shrek, and was in Derailed and played Night Fox in Ocean's 12 and 13.
