You can only form so strong an opinion based on grunts alone. Nonetheless, I'd go with Akira Sasanuma on the grounds of his grunts and battle cries all sounding more badass.
As for an actual voice actor for Link, I'd say a smart choice is to keep him a mute. The only time I can name where they gave a once-silent protagonist an actual voice actor and actual dialoue was Jak, and while I was largely satisfied with it, with Jak becoming a largely more invovling character,
TP managed to do enough of the same thing with Link while simultaneously keeping him a mute. I can be one for tradition, and while I do think that voice acting in Legend of Zelda should be looked into (can't stress enough who my main pick for Ganon would be), I think the tradition that they can hold onto forever is to at least keep Link mute. It's been that way for upwards of twenty years, and I've not yet felt the need to complain about it.
