New Psychotic Link

So, while I'm sure this probably isn't real, a friend of mine found this. It's a totally intriguing concept, a very fresh Zelda idea. I would definitely play the game. Check it out and post your thoughts on it.

Project Deluge was debunked quite a while ago.
I like the idea of a delusional protagonist, but everything that can be said about this has been said.

the story could be cool. i would like to play in hyrule during the flood.

I enjoy crazy protagonanists, especially if they are vigilantes, but this was proevn fake... Last year, if memory serves.

For a second in Twilight Princess I thought Link was going insane...turns out he was just high...nevermind.

Link does see dead people though and can talk to certain animals. And did you see how crazy he went in the scene where Tetra was holding him up while Aryll was beng taken away, he was screaming bloody murder...He's up there I'd say.

I do love crazy protagonists, but it's a little un-Zelda. It may have made a good story, though. Well, at least to me.

Ahh Infamous Project Deluge. This was proven pure fan fiction rumor. I must say i hated the idea anyway.

Well, the idea of a guy who THINK thet he is the Hero of Time, but actually he isn't , sounds... intriguing.

I hope someone, someday, write a fanfic about this...

i think this would be a cool idea. and plus it would make people happy that want a steam punk zelda game. because it wouldnt matter anyway, since it would all get washed away in the flood. bahaha bitter-sweet.

and you never. no one ever thought trains and stuff would be apart of zelda. and whats this....?

I never thought train were impossible in a Zelda game, but changin the characters, formula, setting, and general game play is different than adding trains. Nintendo isn't going to completely ovehaul a game. They'd just make a new series if they wanted to make a game like this.

doubt it. it fits into the timeline perfectly.

That's because it was meant to. And that doesn't change the fact that it completely changes the game into something else. I could star a rumour that it's being made into an FPS taking place in the ancient war, where you takeon the rol of a soldier. It fits into the time line, but that doesn't make it plausible.

well i think it makes a good game idea; it pieces together nicely, it would make alot of people happy, and it would explain alot of stuff.

It would also make a lot of people upset. And they also have never shown any intension of changing the game. Even after the "TP is the last game as we know it" statement, they didn't change it much.

Look, I'm not saying it's a bad idea for a game. I just don't think it's a good idea for a Zelda game. If they made a separate title with a similar idea It would probably be great.

Well, how would you react if some monster took your little sister? That's not insanity, that's instinct. If something happened to my sister I'd go ballistic. It would probably be of little help since I'm not exactly a strong and scary person, but in that situation there's little room for rational thought.

Deluge didn't sound like Zelda at all. I'm very happy it's fake.
