Tag spam
I've noticed that alot of threads in the Nayru clan have become victims of tag spamming, etc. using the tags anyone can edit to vandalize. Could it be made so only the thread creator can edit the tags?

Ammendment 24: Jason aprroved of it, therefore it is liably possible to obtain status of these so-called "tag-spammers" and avoid punishment.
