Sig size problems!!!

can someone tell me why the newbie's guide says this:
Signatures can include one image that is a maximum of 400 x 150 pixels & 200kb (maximum; animated or not), or two pictures which add up to no more than 400 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall, as well as three lines of text. If you have no images, you are allowed up to 7 lines of text (as it would take the place of an image).
but my user cp edit sig page says this:
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 400 by 100 pixels or 195.3 KB (whichever is smaller).
I have seen people with 400 by 150 but I can only upload a sig with 400 by 100.
I have tried uploading my own image from my computer and from photobucket but nothing works. Can someone plz help me?

I would like to have my sig be 400 by 150 like the newbie's guide says, btw

oh, now I found the problem. only after I posted a new thread too. It is so obvious. duh.... I guess I don't need this thread anymore, can someone plz get rid of the thread or tell me how to do it (I dont think I can close the thread myself but that shows what I know.)
