Oddlines of text on the Forum Index

Warning: include(vbjirc/online.txt) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /index.php on line 480 Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'vbjirc/online.txt' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /index.php on line 480 I have no idea what that is suppost to mean, but it appears on the top of the screen when I go to the Forum Index. Is it a problem? Why is it there? Can you fix it? Thanks. =) EDIT: Well, it is gone now, but I'm still curious as to what it was.

Hmm, maybe that was what was keeping half the people in the chat from being able to access the forums for an hour+
