popup madness logging in

Somehow, many of your ads break through my up to date McAffee pop up blocker.

I barely can log in without American Express, Smiley Central, et al invading the monitor.

Does anyone know of a trick to get around that?

If you have IE7, turn on the popup blocker. If not, get the google toolbar and that blocks popups amazingly well for a free download. That's how I get through.

Use a browser with a pop-up blocker? IE7 and Firefox I know have it, and I believe Opera does, too.

My work uses Opera. It does have a popup blocker, but I've found it hard to find. If you're using an older version of Opera, it's pretty annoying trying to find it to reconfigure the settings on it.
