HELP: image problems

when i add an image to my post no one sees it, no even me...it come u like this:

That would be because .html is not an image file extension. In fact, the link you posted-

http://www.jpbutler.com/franklin-park-zoo/lion.html

-is an entire web page, not an image at all. You want only the URL of the image, which on that web page would be:

http://www.jpbutler.com/franklin-park-zoo/lion.jpg

To get the URL of an image, right click on it and click either "View Image" and copypaste the URL, or click "Copy Image Location" and just paste it.
