Why is the forum take me to a error page when I post a thread?

It's annoying, and it prevents me from making threads with polls (and I've got a real good idea for one)...

Mine does that too, its the same as a Cannot find the webpage page except with a VBulletin Image. I'll post a screen when It happens. Except for when that happens it stil posts the thread.

Yeah, just like that.

It posts the thread but it makes me so I can't post polls.

Try having less tabs open, you got like 7 tabs. that could screw with your internet. just try to have less open at a time.

Same thing happens too me. Drove me nuts for about five minutes.

Same thing happened when I had one tab. It also happens with IE.

Yeah, it'll happen, the admins will probably handle this one. The exact thing happens to me. Except when it says DATABASE ERROR, I click back and go to the forum I was making a thread to, and its there. Even though it said Database Error, cos when I clicked back and clicked post AGAIN it said You must wait 17 seconds before posting again, therefor I posted even though the forum may have errored.

WHY IS THE GRAMMAR GOOD NOT?

Try refreshing a couple times.

That happened to me moments ago, but it posted my thread anyway. I just refreshed, and then the screen went white, then came back to the site a few minutes later and my thread was posted and everything was dandy.

Yeah, having more than one tab open in your browser causes a web application to have a database error. Nice analysis.

I tend to get fifteen tabs at a time on my browser (half of them from here), and Firefox doesn't screw up pages, and besides, that shouldn't have anything to do with it anyway. Too many tabs would cause a browser error, that was an internet/internet connection problem. He might have gotten linked to a bad URL, but that's just my guess.

Fixed the issue. There was a problem with one of our hacks. Thanks for making this thread - it really gave me a clue as to what ws causing it. The database error emails were driving me nuts HUNDREDS of them flooding into my inbox... and I couldn't figure out what the problem was until this thread told me it came from making new threads.'

Issue fixed, thread locked. Tah tah!
