Mariouniverse?
I have thought about this...
What if the creators of ZU made MU? (or SMU) Would you be a member? And creators, have you thought about it? I know that it costs money too. So there could be reasons to not do it. But that would be freakin sweet to be a member of Supermariouniverse. Just a suggestion, barely even an idea, not a demand.

What can you talk about in that MU though? Mario games, to be honest, are not as indepth as Zelda games.

Heh. It is an idea. But there's not nearly as much stuff to put in a site like that. There's far, far less depth in a Mario game than there is in Zelda.

yeah, Zleda is a discussion starter. But still... I would join in a heart beat. There could even be metroid universe or smash bros univ.... no, Mario universe would OWN

With your guy's talents, MarioUniverse would be the best. That is why I am here on ZU. And not the other Zelda sites. You guys have a better feel and atomosphere. *compliment*

I would support a MarioUniverse 100% and maybe even make donations from time to time. There is actually a good bit of depth to the Mario universe, but it's just not as obvious as Zelda. You just have to know where to look. There's a bit more stuff to Mario's world than meets the eye. Reading the manuals will key you in on that.
However, there probably won't be an MU anytime soon. It would take more money and time, and I think the ZU staff is happy with the way things are right now.

Actually, assuming I wanted to, I probably could get a full-blown website started up for not very much money. But, at present, I don't want to do that. And I'm not a huge fan of the Mario series.

huh...well, it's on the agenda, right? "Maybe" even works for me. As far as I am concerned, getting the idea in the creators head means that my job, my friend, is done.
