PMing Rules

I just had to ask about some things on PM's, if you're PMing do you have to follow rules? Or could you flam, spam, and cuss all you want? I just wanted to know about this because I wasn't to sure and sometimes I think PMing is personal and sometimes I feel like I would get in trouble.

You can talk much more personally through PMs, but advertising via PMs is not allowed.
And of course, if you pester and annoy someone (spam & flame, etc) and they report it to a mod, you'll find yourself in trouble.
Bascially, do what you want via PMs, as long as you don't advertise, and don't shamelessly flame and spam random people.

If someone sends a PM of advertisement, harrassment, excessive amounts of flaming, etc, they can be forwarded to a staff member. At which point, warnings and such can, and likely will, be handed out.

As an extension, if you flame or advertise in a PM sent to a mod, you can expect no mercy.
