What if I wanted too....

What if I wanted to start, say, a sprite comic contest thread, which would need making a sticky thread. How would I go about doing this? What are the rules for that kind of stuff?
How would the contest have to work, if at all?

And I would say that you would yourself (or with others) decide on how the contest would work, the conditions, etc, and then PM a Mod of the Sprite Comic Forums to get permission.
It's up to you to decide on how the Contest would work and such though, methinks.

If your ideas are plausable and good enough, then they may give you permission to start a contest.

It wouldn't necessarily need a Stickied thread.

Some mods live in opposite ends of the planet, they won't be ble to reply as soon as you PM them.
I'd give them a few days before re-PMing them.
