Long Posting Time
Lately when I have been posting it's been taking long as hell. It can take a minute to go through. Sometimes it won't even go through or other times it will say connection fail or error. Is this happening to everyone or is it just happening to me? If so what can I do. Thanks in advance.

Lots of times if you have a crappy internet connection(dial-up, low dsl, etc.) it'll try to complete the requested action but it'll timeout giving you the common errors u said. It's nothing wrong with the site,more than likely, your Browser Cahce is full as welll this can slow down your internet lots of times as well.
