Banners (not the clan ones or admin, smod etc.)

I've noticed some people have a banner over their avvy and I was wondering how to get a custom one. I want to get this there but I don't know if theres a Xamount of days you are a member to do so. The Newbies guide didn't seem to have anything about this.

I think you're talking about people who just replace their avy with that image there. Since they're not in a clan, it makes it sorta-knida look like it's their own personally customed banner.

I think these custom banners are actually avies themselves.
You can use the Banner as your avy, or even add it on the top of an avy picture to give the impression of an authentic banner.

Give it a try.

*edit* now my real avy isn't there. i'll go look for someone who has it to show what I mean.
*edit again* Look at this thread and look at the person under Lozzie's post. They have that little banner that i'm talking about under the clan one.

Yup - they're using that Banner as their avatar - as in, the Banner is being used in place of a picture.

If you want to get an Avatar picture with the Banner on it too - I'd suggest requesting it done in a sig shop perhaps?
