Sigh..Another chat thread

Okey, this thread have things that I want everyone to read, that is why I created a new thread instead dening a pm to AnakiN-.

Anyway, first of all:
The botowner says that he cant keep the zustats up so much longer, so if anyone have a bot (or if zu gets it own) the botowner (kimmi btw) could arrange so that bot (not his own) could have the stats.

secondly:
Kimmi have said that he could create a ZeldaTrivia on mIRC. Many have ofthen tried to get a realy ZeldaTrivia, but if this work, it would be better then real. What I need to know is:
Are you intrested?
We also need questions if we should have a trivia. (ps. The trivia would have its own channel)
The way you create questions is like this:
answer|question?
ex: Link|Who is the hero of time?
We dont want questions like:
Windwaker|What is the newest Zelda game?
Because then we would have to update the questions and such..

Thirdly:
have heard rumours that someone is creating theyr own zeldauniverse chat on an other server.
Who and why? I just want to know.

And AnakiN, we need more ops, Kimmi is going to add Remus soon, but we need more, I wont take the responesebility to choose, can you?

... oo. i'd DEFINATELY love a good zeldatrivia game every once in a while... but who would be able to start it? it'd be a shame if the whole zuchat was drowned out by nothing but trivia. trivia's good in moderation, but not in many other situations...

and how do bots run? if it involves nothing more than keeping my computer on constantly, i don't see how i couldn't run the bot for at least a few weeks before my mother gets the electric bill... ^_^

I run the bot 24/7 as I run the other bots in #zuchat

andi: It wouldnt be in the chat, it would have its own channel..
And you dont (usually) run bots on your own computer, you buy a shell that you can have your bot on and run it from home anyway..
But, I dont know much about bots, but creating the trivia isnt hard, it is if you are intrested and/or intrested to create questions..

I would volunteer to be an Op for when i am in there, which is way to much.... THough i don't know if you want volunteers... I was a good Op for all of those 5 seconds the other day =P

I htink Tenk should also get the chance to bne a permanent Op, along with Mercutio.

To tell you the truth Peefy, I'd say you and Kimmi would be good to pick the OPs. AnakiN- should be the rightful one, but he doesn't show up...or talk as often as either of you. The one thing I think is that it'd be best to get someone who's there often, or is around at times that you, Kimmi, or AnakiN- don't frequently show up at.

As for the trivia thing, you just asking what we think about it, or do you want suggestions...what exactly. I don't know why, it just puzzles me, not like anything does though, heh.

Hm... I can probably try to find some ops myself..mhm... But anyway, Kimmi wont make a trivia if you dont want one.. If you understand.. And if you want to create questions, just pm them to me..

wha? remmy and the Peefster not enough as Mods? *gasp* could this mean that in my absence the chat has become quite popular?

...I guess once I get IRC access on my school network next week I'll have to return...

And a trivia thing would be kinda neat, but how long would it stay popular? that is the question there.

Heh, I have thoguht a bit, and I think suitable ops would be:
-Me
-Kimmi (usually notn online, when he is, he isnt on zuchat, but he is the botowner so..)
-LoZ (Founder of the chat)
-Remus (He just..eh..is there)
-AnakiN- (need no explintaion)
-Tenkawa (He is there much)
-Kedisar (So is Kedisar)'

If anyone have anything against this, please contact me.. I cannot guarantie that it iwll be like this, I have to ask AnakiN- for premission first..

Damn straight I am the founder of the best chat in the entire world, just wish I was there more to show it...

But that list does seem obvious enough to be workable in the chat... those people are there/important...

Kimmi is almost never there, neither is AnakiN or LoZ..
Ah.. that was times when we were just us... RaZoR_LeAf also was online then.. I almost neveer see him on mIRC anymore..

I am there sometimes from like 9pm to about 11pm, unactive... its really bad.. of course, life has taken over enough to make me lost interest in everything i once liked...

Heh, I think the setup of OPs works nicely now. I have a feeling a good amount of people will be pleased, but ehh... Now we just wait for Kimmi to return.

Okey, now I have added the new ops, beside U Loz. Now we are 6ops and 10bots, so think we a coverd on that area for some years.
Now we need more users, Channel Peak Record: 29 (inkl 10bots) so thats 19active users, not bad for a start. But to U ops, should we try to get 30active users b4 christmas.


But back to #zuquiz I now have a bot that I can run as a trivaibot, but need help from U ppl to write some questions. If 10 ppl write 20questions (Its not that hard I have wrote over 1000Questions, but not in english). 10-20questions will not kill you.

Kimmi, are you going to add me as a op ever? Becuz I am there every once in a while, and will be able to help..
