Last posts missing

I swear, a bunch of the times I've posted recently, they end up not being there afterwords, even though I saw that I clearly posted it and it went though. and not only that, but my post count I swear has been stuck right around here even though i've been posting. the last post I made I saw, and not only that, my post count was at 897. why are they missing?!?!?!

is somebody DELETING my posts? and if so, why? there wasn't really anything bad or degenerate in them.

If you break any of the rules, either on purpose or not on purpose, consciously or sub-consciously, the posts contributing to the infringement of the rules will be deleted by the mods/admins.

Trust me, posts don't disappear just like that, there will be a reason of why. A mod will not delete posts just for the heck of it, because there are logs for these things, and everyone on the mod team is being monitored one way or another.

EDIT: There can be another explanation, however. You've registered around Sept of 2003. It could be that the deletion of topics in Entertainment and other section of the board that contribute to this post-count disappearing problem (as others near the same period of registration have had this problem as well). Check with an admin for this.

Well buddy, it's a pretty good chance your post was deleted by one of us mods here. If we think they don't contribute to a conversation or have signs of a definate lack of thought, chances are we'll delete them. But don't worry, we can still see the deleted posts...

Well, I'm sure saying something sucks didn't contribute much, so I'm sure it was deleted. You guys have too much power.

Well, you have full freedom to leave.
And full freedom to take the consequenses of posting bad(that is, they get deleted and you risk warnings in the long run). But that is another debate(and a stupid and old one at that).
