Why can't you have the word Banned in your rank?

Well I wanted to make my custum rank "Not Banned User" (veary original, I know) by it censerd banned. I like the one I have now but i was wondering why it censerd it. Thanks.

Merely for the sake of preventing confusion. Imagine having moderator as your custom title when in fact, you are not one. Sure, you wouldn't have a banner but it's bound to cause some less informed people to mistake you for one. It should be reserved to people with the actuality of it. If you want to mock it, well, sucks for you.
