The Plus Sign Question
(I should've asked this first)

Every time I look at who's online on the forums, I see a plus sign next to a name of a user. What does the plus sign mean?

plus sign mean they are on your buddy list as far as i know.

Yes, the + sign next to an online member does in fact mean that person is on your buddy list.
