Well it depends what program you are using. If you are using MS Paint, this is what you should do:
1. Open up the picture (duh) 2. Press Ctrl + E 3. Press Ctrl + W 4. Change the size of your picture by how much percent. If you are working on Photoshop...sorry, my friend, I can't help you there. -BGS

Uhm, it's a little obvious. >.>
Photoshop: 1. Click 'Crop' (Identified by a chain pic) 2. Click an area on your pic, and pull until you get it to the size you want 3. Release 4. Click another tool, you get a prompt saying 'Crop thye image?' 5. Click crop 6. Carry on. Microsoft Paint: 1. Click and hole bottom right corner, an arrow appears 2. Drag it back or forth, it should get bigger or smaller. 3. You're done 4. Carry on. |
