Re: HELP!

Well it depends what program you are using. If you are using MS Paint, this is what you should do:

1. Open up the picture (duh)
2. Press Ctrl + E
3. Press Ctrl + W
4. Change the size of your picture by how much percent.

If you are working on Photoshop...sorry, my friend, I can't help you there.

Re: HELP!

Uhm, it's a little obvious. >.>

Photoshop:

1. Click 'Crop' (Identified by a chain pic)
2. Click an area on your pic, and pull until you get it to the size you want
3. Release
4. Click another tool, you get a prompt saying 'Crop thye image?'
5. Click crop
6. Carry on.

Microsoft Paint:

1. Click and hole bottom right corner, an arrow appears
2. Drag it back or forth, it should get bigger or smaller.
3. You're done
4. Carry on.

He's not talking about croping the image, he wants to resize the image, change the pixelation of the image to make it smaller. Not cut off some of the image to make it smaller.

Re: HELP!

Actually, I was meaning make an image smaller, even though you'll pixelise the image. But anywho, it's been posted.
