little help with my sig.

Hey... im new and i dont realy know how to add a sig.... could someone help me? thanks for any cooperation!

Signature options can be found under User CP, Edit Signature.
To include an image in your sig, use [img] tags.
[img*]http://67.18.37.18/1722/80/emo/new_shocked.gif[*/img] with out the '*'s become:

Maximum sig size is 400x150 pixels.
