Thread Suggestions
Hi. I am suggesting a set # of posts to have before you remove a thread. Or a # of days that the thread has not been posted in.
# of Posts= 500 # of Days= 45 Threads like Community Chat 8 with over a 1000 posts and 83 pages. THat would need to go in my mind.

We have set guidelines to what thread life is. We have already determined that the new CT thread life is 2000 posts. Because we go through so many, that 2000 will cut the need to create new ones.
1000 posts is the norm thread life. Most don't make it that far. As for a day count, it's a forum. Threads can stay open as long as they want... reviving them causes locks.
