Is ZU the largest Zelda forum around?

I'm hoping someone can answer this for me. It has been on my mind for a while. Is ZU the largest? I know for a fact that's it's bigger than zeldalegends but is there any other zelda forum that is huge in size. No matter what I would still love ZU.

I would highly doubt that any other forum can compare with the ZU forum. I can't imagine a forum any bigger than this. This is denfinetly the largest Zelda forum.

I think this is the lagest zelda forum.

Zelda Universe, in terms of registered accounts and active members, is very close to being the most active. It's certainly in the top three or so. In terms of total site traffic, it's the most-visited Zelda fan site.

No, not really. In terms of forum population, the big ones are Ganon's Tower, Zelda Legends/Legends Alliance, Zelda Headquarters, Great Deku Tree, and a few others that I can't remember. I don't think that most of them get close to ZU, actually, but since I'm not really active at any of them, I can't say for sure. You're best off asking lord-of-shadow about it, as he's been very active in the Zelda community.

The only larger forum I've ever really been to was Gaia, but that's not exactly a zelda forum.

Great Deku Tree closed in December.

Zelda Universe IS the largest and most popular Zelda community today, followed by Zelda Legends and Ganon's Tower.

As far as I know, ZU is the largest. I have never seen a Zelda forum with as many members joined as this one (even if the majority remain inactive), and I doubt I ever will. Most Zelda forums I see barely have 300 members, and the bigger ones I think had 1000 once, maybe 3000, but they could never match up to ZU... which is actually going towars 13,000. A nice thing to know that you're a member of the largest Zelda community out there, eh?

It's like this place gains 1000 members every month now. O_o

Oh, and we should get l-o-s in here to confirm everything. If anyone knows the answer to this question, it's him. Hehe...

I know that Zelda Legends has had over 10,000 registered members, but they delete old accounts and have been hacked several times, causing them to loose all their forum data.

ZU is definantly one of the largest. If not the largest. Ive been to many other Zelda fan forums and none of them match this.

I dunno. ZU has a lot of member signed up but a very large % of them dont even have a post. Its very large, yes. But the number of users using it is low compaired to other fourms in general, but Zelda fourms yeah it has the cards in that game.

It's big, and from what I've seen so far....its a damn good site. Keep up the good work.

Man, Lars must be filled with self pride, so am I *cough* I made my first avy *cough*. Of course over time the admission rules will go up higher and higher. Which won't be too good, then again we will be invaded with n00bs, the mods will have a field day, lol

Depends on how you depend largest, but I think the answer is yes, both when it comes to amount of daily posts (currently over 1000 on average) and active members (there are quite a few).

I think the official forums are larger though, but from what I've seen there, it's not a place I'd venture in to too often, considering the overall quality of posts there make ZU look like it's a forum which consists of only rocket scientists as members.
