no post count for clans
i reckon the new rule for the clans is pointless. my clan is the only place i post and i dont agree with haveing my post count refrained from rising in there. i want to reach 1000 posts and i dont see why i shouldnt be allowed to. post count means something to me, not much that i watch it all the time, but i do want to hit 1000 posts. plus your lying, a post count is how many posts ive posted and to make the clan posts not count makes my post count a lie. i cannot see the point in takeing it away from the clans.

Re: no post count for clans
I don't belong to a clan, but I hope to soon. I'm going to have to stay neutral; I think it would be nice if there was posting in there, but if the clans are rotting of spam... well thats not good. Then if you don't get post count in there people aren't going to bother spamming as much.

Re: no post count for clans
The clans are spam. You don't want to spam to add to your post count.
And if you want, I can have it arranged that, if you spam to get 1000 posts, you will not get a custom title. If that is all you care about, then if you get one, will you stop whining? The way you rant on and on about your postcount brings you farther and farther away from getting respect from other members and I. Post count no longer adds in there BECAUSE the posts are meaningless and spammy, and you should NEVER post that way to gain post count. A high post count doesn't give you respect from other people, or make you a valued member of the community. I am not respected because I have, what, around 3000 posts? I am respected because every post I make always, always, always has quality and thought put into it. If you can't leave the clan section to put thought into your posts and rightly gain 1000 posts the way it should be done, then perhaps... I can have your post count removed completely. I wonder if you'd panic. It sure seems like it. Instead of worrying about how many posts you've made, why not wonder about your post quality, instead of ranting about it and making a fool of yourself. Most members here don't care about post count. I suggest you jump on the bandwagon.

Re: no post count for clans
Hmm. I'll take your testimony into consideration.
Okay. I've considered. Nope. The clans shall not add to post count. GC has outlined all reasons to not have it, and there is no useful reason to have the posts count. Locked.

Re: no post count for clans
One last thing:
Think of your post count as a driver's license. It's a privelege, not a right. We don't have to give you a 1,000 posts, you have to earn it. And spam isn't "earning" that. Also, your posts can be revoked at any time. I like using analogies.
