Odd error

Lately I've been noticing odd thing happening. I'll look into the place where it says who posted in what thread last. It's entitled "last post" on the main page. You know, when I'm done writing this, it'll say
"Odd error
by linkrules"

Well, I've been looking at that lately, and it'll say a thread that hasn't been posted in forever(exageration). And it'll also say a user. But when I check in the thread, that user has never posted in that thread.

Could this be a rare glitch, or am I losing it?

It's probably because the user's post got deleted or it could be because the thread didn't exist anymore?

No, look in FSandQ. My post shows up under "first post" but not in the forum, check.

It shouldn't be your computer, because the message board is running off another computer that acts as a server.

If you're saying that your name isn't showing below the thread title as the thread starter, then I have no clue what's going on, because it clearly says "linkrules". It could be that I need to do some maintenance and reset the stats and counters etc. I'll look into doing that later.

No, I mean that beside every forum, there is a thing that says "Last post". In that it'll say which thread was last posted in and what member posted in it. Anyway, it hasn't been happening of late, so perhaps it was just me.
