More Database Errors than usual?

Is it just me or has there been more database errors than usual. I just got about 5 in the last 10 minutes while i usually get one a month. Has anyone else experienced this sudden bolt of erros?

whoah, its not just me?! Yeah, I have been noticing a whole bunch. Do you have dialup, because I do, and mabey its because of that.

No i've got broadband and fire fox so usually i'm all powerful speed demon. o)O

No, nothing like that. It's just the server being overloaded by the number of MySQL connections.

There's a simple solution to it, only problem is that it would cost me an arm and a leg.

I've been getting them quite a bit. They always seem to pop up when I'm trying to post a reply.

I'd donate, but I'm broke. Suppose I can just keep clicking ads.

I'd love to donate as well, but I donated what little money I have to support the vB license. I'm afraid I am broke now as well... and that $200 a month won't come... well, less then $200 a month =P.

Hmm... but, how much more is it then you are paying right now per month? I mean, if it's not a boatload perhaps it would be possible to rally ZUers together and have a donation party >.>.. every month... okay, scratch that.

What was it you said could happen otherwise, Lars? Flat file system or something... if that has to happen to keep the place alive, go for it. A dead ZU won't do veyr much good when Zelda 2005 gets released.

it happens to me 3 times a day but hasnt recently.only when i post.how much would it cost lars?????id donate if i had money.....

Look at the bottom of page 3 and he said how much it is. The thing he needs to get is about $200. I say he got half of it covered.

One just lasted about 10 minutes, right now. Longest one I've seen. Everybody tried to log off, and now there are only 9 people on 0.o

Yea when I tried to go on in the morning, I kept refreshing, closing, opening, refreshing, still wouldn't end. Even the main site was offline or something.
