Age really isn't that big of an issue when making people moderators. I mean, if it's some ten year old, yeah, I'd hesitate in making him a forum mod. But as for Pani, yeah she's mature enough. As long as they aren't in their preteens or anything it's fine. It's more important that they can type in proper English, that they can differentiate between people whom are kidding around and people whom are seriously being an ass and action should be taken.

As for SacredSturgeon, even with that last warning you gave me, I think you're good mod. You weren't an ass about the warning, and it was done very respectfully, which is how more things should be done around here.

I don't have any particular dislikes for any of the moderators here.

Although just the other day some moderator deleted one of my posts for apparently no reason at all.

1) Before you got your infraction, we discussed it briefly in the Staff Forum. Basically, we decided that your re-post of a deleted message was worthy of an infraction. The infraction was not for what you originally posted (even though it was particularly insensitive of you); the infraction was for the feck-you-re-post that you insisted on making.

2) Maybe Tiroth didn't respond yet because he doesn't feel like arguing with you right now.

When I signed in, Gerudo deleted one of my posts because it added nothing to the discussion. I was mad.

Gerudo was my least favorite mod since then >:'(
