MP3s

Is there anyway to post mp3s in a thread? So that they are like playable in the thread like a youtube video.

Or is there like some site to upload and link to?

You mean like an mp3 tag? Probably not. You could try attaching the desired mp3 to your post, but that'll probably be frowned upon by many.. because I always had this feeling that everyone hates attachments.

Although whenever I click on an mp3 link on any website, it sometimes uses QuickTime to play it for me in another tab, so maybe there's a way to get something like that embedded into posts as long as the mp3 is hosted by another website, but again... probably not!

The easiest way is to upload it to youtube and embed it here that way.

I'm not really comfortable making a BBcode tag to embed mp3's. Might look into it.

You might wanna lock this before the haterz get in, though.

It's simple enough to find stuff on YouTube. And if you can't, adding a pic to an mp3 in something like windows movie maker so it can be uploaded to YouTube is easy.

I just really don't think anyone would use a plugin for it.
