Zelda Universe - The Next Version - What do you want to see?

Hmmm.. I know I could think of some things, but oddly, I can't right now.

What about a rumor section for the site? We've heard so many rumors that are not true, but quite interesting as well. Maybe a Beta section for the Beta version of Zelda series? If that's possible that is.

um a rumor section sounds cool though also a "off topic" sub forum in general chit chat or clan forums wher you post things that arent spam but a little too spamy for community chat

A rumours section, I don't really know about that - It would really just be fan fiction either way, and we already have one section about that. The main site really plays on pretty much any believable rumour out there, so this would be redundant in my opinion.

Covering the Betas, well that's really not my niche, as I rarely deal with the games beyond the last boss, but if there are anyone out there who'd like to contribute with that, and look into the stuff, then by all means let me know.

I said this sometime ago. You should be able to log in from the main page ect and it should have more geeky things in your profile, like a place for xanga, game collection and game wishlist links.

If you will view the link that Lars provided, you will notice that there is, in fact, a login option on the main page. As for those other things, I'm sure you could easily put that in your profile.

No, you won't need to register again, as the forum database will be merged with the rest of the site.

what about cases of a name being used multiple times? why not a redo of the gfx at the top/bottom for use with the newer game in the series as opposed to tWW? Is there any way that one could be allowed to enter a small description "blog" of themselves in their profile(with a character limit of course) which allowed for scripting changes to the layout just for the one profile? can you enlighten me as whether the current version is "set-in-stone" or if there is still some liquidity in the matter of it?

I mean like a box area for that infomation.

I dont think it would hurt if those who havent posted or even been on zu fourms in a good year are deleted. I dunno how everything works but it just seems like it should save something, space, time I dunno.

What would be really cool is if Planet Megaman came together with ZU and you only need one log in for both and it uses the same profile ect. Then in the future if another Planet is installed (Universe...Planet...hahha I just got that) into the team it can simply slide in easily with the other two.

Actualy, a small thing I want to see is, well when you go to see some users profile and look through their post history, make it in chronologiacl order and plus, just have it as links without the whole first few sentences. That I think, can help save space and time when serching through old threads.

This just hit me! (sry if someone said this already I'm not lookin threw 7 pages). How about in your profile a box asking for you favorite video game (in general) and one asking for you favorite zelda game.

Planet Megaman, while it is hosted by ZU, is not a part of ZU. The staff which runs that site does nothing relating to ZU, and vice versa.

Hmm... Well, there's kinda the detail that this site is "Zelda" and that is "Megaman." Those aren't the same...

And trying to have the same member database for two separate websites, even if they are on the same server, is quite a task. Not one that I'd like to deal with, nor would Lars & Matt, I'm sure.

No, no, I'm asking about when you click a users name(lets say, yours) and right where it says, 'Find All Posts by[insert ZU name here]', to make it in chronological order as sometimes, it's not and to just have the link to the thread and have the links say whatever post# that is insted of the first few words.

The search results are always in chronological order, and not having it display previews is rather pointless. If you want it to show more, set that in your user options.

Meaning a wonderful deletion of then fanfictions I currently have on there?
