I can't contact The Joker

Why is it that some profiles don't have visitor message boards (or walls, whatever you want to call them)? I wanted to send him a message, but there was nothing there, and when I wanted to send him a PM it said his inbox was full.

Is there a way to turn off the VM wall or is this a glitch?

More than likely he has it set so that only people on his friends list can VM him.

But I even checked (and double checked) my own CP and I don't think we have that option (if we do, I'd be happy if you could specifically point out where in the CP where we could do that)

Well first I'd like to be his friend, AND THEN we could plot together to kill Batman (maybe get brokenjoker involved...two Jokers are better than one, but none can beat the original). Plus that quote you just said sorta reminded me of this scene from The Big Bang Theory
