To discourage people changing names every five minutes.
One member went from something like Josh -> Joshua ->Yungsung -> Joshie -> Joshua within the space of a week which is ridiculous, and the staff are not really there to cater to people with identity crises.

Though, Super mods and up can edit usernames.

Why not, PM me what you wanna be called.
