Do you need permission to post a fanfic?
I ask the question because the Fanfic Rules don't necessarily tell you the process of setting up a fanfic. I've read the rules a couple of time, but nothing about how to do it was shown.
I also ask because I'm not sure if I need to do certain things or not.
