The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Origin
This is a Fan –fic on how Majora’s Mask came to be. In Majora’s Mask whenever you beat a boss, you get its mask… So I think Majora used to be a boss that was beat and turned into a mask. Since the spirit of the boss goes into the mask..? Anyway the following takes place during OoT(CT-AT)
The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Origin “Where is he? He should be here by now!” Said a tall figure in the deep darkness of the Lost Woods. “Well, this IS the Lost Woods..” Said another not so tall figure. Then suddenly the sound of twigs and leaves cracking startled the two figures. “Sorry I’m late!” Said another shadow that passed through “These woods can be pretty creepy at night, especially now in this rain. Since when does it rain in the Lost Woods anyway?” he said. “Well, that’s not important right now, did you bring the map?” “Yeah, but it got kind of wet in the rain, so we’ll have to look at it somewhere dry, why did we decide to meet here any way?” “It’s the closest and fastest place for all of us to meet, I mean Varru and me are the only ones that live in Termina, so the Lost Woods is the only place where we can meet in secret” “Plus, we know the lost woods better than anyone else!” Said Varru. They ran for shelter and sat down. “Gorin, Nabbid, can you two please explain to me what this is about now?” “Oh yeah! I almost forgot!” Said Nabbid with a chuckle. “Here’s the place!” Said Gorin while pointing at the map. “Varru, we found this ma in a chest inside of the old shack just outside of Termina, we want to follow it and see what it leads to!” Said Nabbid. They all looked deeply at the map. “Where do you think it leads to?” Asked Varru, “Dunno, but we’ll never know if we sit here all night! This rain isn’t calming down, so lets just go before it gets worse..” Said Gorin The three ran quickly out of the Lost Woods trying not to get lost when they bumped into a man. “What are you boys doing here? You know the Lost Woods are dangerous!” Said the Man “Yeah Kafei, we were on our way home anyways.” Said Gorin. “Okay, but be careful next time.” The boys each left to their homes and pondered on what the map could lead to. The next morning the boys met just outside of the Lost Woods. “Wow, its STILL raining in there!? Don’t you think that’s a little odd?” Asked Nabbid, “I guess, but where’s Varru, do you think he forgot?” asked Gorin. “Guys!” Varru came running towards them. “What’s wrong?” asked Nabbid. "There was this really weird thing out there! It was purple and yellow and red and spikey and scary!" Varru said while catching his breath. "Lets go check it out!" said Gorin as he ran out of the town square. They got to Termina feild and saw a man with a symbol of an eye on his chest, an eye and a tear under it. His arms were wrapped with dark green bandages and his legs were wrapped with white bandages. His face was covered with a grey scarf that wrapped around his mouth, neck and shoulders. He had a black tight shirt on and was just standing in the center of the field. “Who’s that?” asked Gorin, “Is that the big monster you said you saw?” “No! The monster was huge, huge! This guy wasn’t there before.. The monster was just walking north of Termina’s field.” Said Varru. “That man looks similar to something I’ve read before. He… looks… like…like...a Sheikah!” Said Nabbid. “A Sheikah!? Don’t tell me you believe in those tales!” Said Gorin while pulling out the map. “Well lets go talk to him, I mean, we’ll never know if we just sit here, right?” Said Varru as he ran towards the man in the field. As soon as the three boys approached the man, he quickly got up and through a deku nut on the ground. With a big flash, he was gone. “What!!!?” Yelled Gorin, “how did he do that!?” “I’m telling you he was a sheikah!” said Nabbid. “ Well, whatever. If Varru said he saw that beast go north of Termina, then that’s where we’re going!” exclaimed Gorin. “But what about the map?” asked Nabbid, “It can wait.” Said Varru. The three boys went back to the town square and into their homes, they packed their things and got ready for some real adventure... To Be Continued.. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Origin
You've got an interesting concept going on! However, a few grammar issues need taking care of. Firstly, you need more line breaks. Walls of text are hard to read. Double space when someone is about to speak and when someone else takes action. It gives you more room in your narrative to add description and thought.
Secondly, the issue of "said". Dialogue and the rest of the sentence are counted as a single sentence, so said doesn't need to be capitalized, even when you use an exclamation point, and a comma should replace a period at the end of a sentence in dialogue. ONLY capitalize proper nouns. Examples: "Blah!" Said Link. "Blah," Said Link. "Blah." Said Link. "Blah." said Link "Blegh?" Asked Link. ^ These are all incorrect. "Blah," said Link. "Blah!" said Link. "Blegh?" asked Link. ^ These are correct. I like the general idea for the story, but it was very difficult for me to read. Try cleaning it up - maybe take a look at some of your favorite novels if you need tips - and I bet it'll be a lot better.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Origin
You can't lock threads, only mods with power over this section can.

Yes, I would go with a global/super mod if they are online. If they aren't, check the bottom right of this board to see the mods.
