Umm, ok, TP

Zant makes darkness, yes
Save the Light Spirits, yes he must
Defeat ganon, yay

I haven't finished OoT yet, so sorry if I miss something.

Little kid gets gems, yay
Oh no, gannon gets triforce!
Save the sages, yes

Seven years you sit
Hero of Time, way too young
He must save sages!

First the forest, and
Then the fire, then comes the lake,
Shiek teaches you songs

Then the graveyard, and
Then the spirit, and then a thing
That I can't describe

For I need spirit,
and then the evil to die cuz
I played TP. So...

I do not know if
Ganon dies or if link does
(with my skills link will)

But if he does, yes
Don't despair, just press reset,
Then try the game again

Sorry about the last line with 6 syllables, I couldn't think of anything.
