Re: The Legend of Zelda: The Valley of Blood part 1 (T)
In case you guys actually care, the third fic I'm writing is really roughly 53 chapters. And on top of that, half of it is dedicated to one dungeon. You will have to find out when I post it though.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: The Valley of Blood part 1 (T)
I will only be on here once a week, so try to keep this fic alive for me guys it would mean a lot.
NOTE: this chapter will be extremely short, only because I have no idea what to type for the battle. Chapter 12: Nightmare Nightmare hopped around the room, in hopes that Link would follow him. Link did exactly that, and a few other blobs hit Link. Link grunted in pain. He wanted to get Nightmare, but the blobs kept attacking him. Finally, they stopped and Link had some breathing room. Nightmare called off the blobs and they congregated around him. He let a few of them form to create a humanoid shape. The blobs were the limbs and Nightmare was the head and body. Nightmare began to encircle the arena, and Link startled him by pulling a super fast jump attack. He lunged at Link, missed, and was struck several more times. Nightmare was beginning to get paranoid, and then let a tiny blob of him seperate. The blob made its way to Link unnoticed, and entered his head. Link suddenly began to have strange visions. He would see Zelda, Rengjak, his neighbors, everyone he cared about. He was happy, until he saw that Zelda's head was decapitated. Everyone of them were either stabbed or sliced with a sword. A sword that looked similar to that of the Master Sword. Link struggled to get the images out of his head, when his Triforce glew. The brightnessmade Nightmare cower away in fear. Link pushed forward, hoping that he could end it there and then. Nightmare suddenly began to go on the offensive as he let the remaining blobs that didn't fuse with him, encircle him.The circling blobs prevented Link from attacking the body head on. Instead Link attacked the blobs to no avail. One of the blobs stopped circling Nightmare and rocketed at Link. Link dodged just in time, and noticed the blob left a huge hole inthe wall. However, it never came back, which gave him an idea. Link ran around Nightmare, and another blob rocketed at him, this time it was much faster. Link ducked to prevent any hits. The final blob attacked, and it went so fast, Link barely got out of the way in time. Link saw Nightmare was opened and attacked him. He cut off the limbs, nad skewered those blobs. He ended the whole thing with a killing of the blob Nightmare was actually inhabiting. Link's quest in the dungeon became more dangerous, except for the fifth floor. It was calmer than the others. Until, he saw the purple door. He knew that only one being could turn a mine into this, and he behind the door. Link opened the door to meet his sixth opponent... Vaati.

Taking away detail isn't going to do anything good to the story.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: The Valley of Blood part 1 (T)
^Agreed. Now I know you want me to present more character to the enemies. That will be no problem to the six after this one. So now for one of my favorite battles and quite possible to be the second longest.
Chapter 13: Sorcerer of Nature VAATI Vaati was at one end of the arena. At the other, Link. Link charged at Vaati with his sword and shield at the ready. Vaati simply swung his hand out, and multiple rocks came out. They were brought up from the ground. Link quickly changed his swing so that it would cut the rocks. Vaati swung his arm down, and the rocks disappeared. Link took a few steps back, and pulled out his newly acquired Light Bow. He took out the Light Arrows, and launched one at his opponent. Vaati swung his hand upward again. This time instead of rocks coking up, a wind stopped the arrow. The arrow changed direction, and started to chase Link down. Link used his shield for cover, but the arrow was controlled by Vaati's power. That meant it could easily get past Link's defense. Link pulled another arrow out, and shot it at the original arrow. It hit its mark, and they both dropped, useless. Vaati then took his other hand and swung it downwards. Link was unsure of what was going to happen until he noticed there were two jets of lava coming straight for him. Link quickly rolled around. He had to maneuver through the jets, and got to Vaati. Vaati was caught off guard, and Link managed to get in some good hits before Vaati sent him flying with a fist-shaped rock. Link landed with a thud, got up, and refocused himself just in time to see a huge blast of water coming right for him. Link shook his head in disbelief and dodged the blast. Link saw that Vaati's crystal was actually a blue color now. Before it was a green color. Link took note of this and came up with a plan. He drew his bow and aimed another arrow at Vaati. Vaati used his wind powers to stop the oncoming attack. Link then ran forward with his sword out. Vaati switched to the earth style, puling up more rocks. Link drew his bow a third time and launched yet another arrow. The arrow breezed past Vaati. And Link saw an opening. Link attacked his opponent straight on. Vaati couldn't stop the enslaught. Finally, he managed to get Link with some damaging winds. Vaati looked at Link with disgust. He then attacked with whirlwind made from water. Link was unsure as to how to dodge it. Link got another arow out and hit Vaati with it. The attack made Vaati lose his concentation and the whirlwind died. But that was not the end of Vaati's arsenal, he then attacked Link with some rocks that were engulfed in flames. Link ran around and the rocks all hit the ground, not ever touching their original target. Link took this opportunity to launch an arrow at Vaati followed up by multiple sword attacks. Vaati became enraged after this and used both hands to launch his next attack. The attack was enormous and all Link heard was a whisper that said "Nature's Fury." The attack consisted of a whirlwind that was wrapped in two snaking water jets with a dozen flaming rocks swirling in the whirlwind. Link tried to hit Vaati with an arrow, but the attack halted any progress. Instead, it advanced towards Link. Link backed up and hit the wall. He was trapped. Nowhere left to run. The attack came to him, and he was hit and sent across the arena. He landed next to Vaati. Link looked up and attacked Vaati. Vaati used his wind powers to levitate himself out of Link's way. Link threw his sword at Vaati. The sword managed to connect. Vaati fell like a ragdoll. Link scooped up Vaati's Crystal. Then, he got a new piece to add to his Light collection. Link ventured his way out. He was halfway done. But little did he know that the future would be more difficult than the past...
