[Fan] All Alone

I live on the streets where on one care for anyone but themselves, a few people care for other but not here. Life is hard and we fright to survive.
I am Shadow; I am 10 and have lived on the streets for 9 years.

I look in at the food, starving. At the age of 10 I look as if I was a bag of bones. A mother walks out of the market with her son. “Maybe can ask of some food from her.” I said to myself. “Excuse me!” I said running up to her.
“Can I have some food please?” I ask
“Mommy who is he?” her son ask
“I don’t know Link. Here” she said handing me some food. “Thank you.” I said and walk off.
I enjoyed the food for I didn’t get food that often. “So the boys name is Link.” I said thinking of him. I member him the boy who was getting bet up. I remember he was playing in an ally when some gang stared betting him up because it was their territory. I got him out before he was to badly hurt.
Link a boy who is so lucky, a boy who as a family that cares. I live with other orphans and runaways. We would never turn each other no matter what the price was besides most of the runaways here parents didn’t care what happened to them. Sometimes we would get a kid who’s parents care but I still toke them and hided them tale the heat died down.

(3 years later)
Leader: Shadow: 13 years-A boy with pure white hair, blood red eyes (turn pure red when angry) bad tempered, a fearsome fighter and an awesome thief.
Watchers (warn when police or danger is near): Luck: 12 years-A girl with light purple hair, bamboo green eyes, she as a lot of problems, and she run away at 5.
Cat: 16 years-A girl with black hair, dark lily pink eyes, an orphan from birth, and one girl who’s bad list you DO NOT want to be on.
Keepers (keep food and a watch on younger ones): Butterfly: 15 years-a girl with pink and blue hair, purple eyes a sweet girl but if you make her angry…
Kai: 15 years-A boy with dark black hair, sliver eyes, loves kids but loves to be alone more.
That is the group. I know what you are thinking why leave me as the leader and not one of the older one… well I don’t know why but Lilac and Zachery left me as the leader.
“Shadow…Shadow…Sha-O there you are.”* Kai said standing in the door way. “What goin on?” I said “We are out of food you need to get some more.”“Ok.” I said.
The leader all ways get the food. Also says if you join or not, a lot is based on a leader’s choose.
I packed up ready to go when… Blood (6 years-A boy with blood red hair, pale gold eyes and to young to have a job; fallows me around and says he wants to be just like me.) came bursting thou the door. “SHADOW!!! Please take me with you!” Blood shout “Blood!” Kai shouts “You are not going with Shadow.” “Wait! He can come with me. After all he is my biggest fan.” I say. “Ok…Then get your stuff packed.” Kai said in a sigh. “Shadow, are you sure he should go?” Kai asked worried. “Yes, I am sure. I mean Blood will be a great help.” I said calmly restoring him.

“So Shadow said you could go with him? HA! Yeah right he would NEVER take someone like you with him.” Bones (7 years-a boy with light pink hair, daisy blue eyes-Blood’s older bother.) said. “But it’s true.” Blood said. “Hay, Blood! You ready to go?” I asked walking thou the door. “See! I told you.” Blood said. “So, why are you saying that Blood was lying?” I asked Bones.
“Well if you have all your things we must go.” I said. “O and Bones don’t pick on my friend if you know what’s good for you.” I said after Blood left the room.
