The Birth of a New Empire

Chapter 1: A New Beginning

After the death of their beloved King Ganandorf, the death of Twinrova, the betrayal of Nabooru and the disappearance of Aveil as a result, the Gerudo race has suffered tremendously throughout the years. They now have no leader to turn to, nobody to fight for, and no land to call their own. Waiting for 100 years until the next male Gerudo baby is born was not an option for survival. After the death of Ganandorf and the death of their other leaders, the rest of the Gerudo race had nowhere to turn to, nobody to follow and thus led to corruption and utter destruction. Chaos was unleashed. This eventually led to the destruction of their villages and palaces, 1000 Gerudo women died. Everyone fighting each other, everyone trying to become the ruler of another led to death. A large group of about 150 gerudo women banded together and left Gerudo Valley in hope of finding their sister pirates at the Pirate's fortress in Great Bay. This trip was quickly accomplished and upon arriving the Gerudo Pirates quickly aided them with food and shelter until they where ready to once again conquer the deserts. 5 years passed and the group of 150 gerudo women rose to 500 of women and children after venturing to clock town in hopes of mates. The people of clock town had no trouble accepting the offer the Gerudo women offered. After another 3 years, it was time to set off for the deserts again with their new colony. But this colony would need order and a structure of some kind if it where to prosper, advised the pirates, and thus appointing Netra Hiresh I as queen of this new colony. She hastily appointed her sister Pari Hiresh as Admiral of the new Empire. A government was quickly established.The New Gerudo Empire proposed to add the pirates fortress as new territory to the Gerudo Empire, and without question the gerudo pirates accepted this offer as they loved the idea of a new begining. The Pirates Fortress in Great Bay was now territory of the Gerudo Empire and if attacked, will be defended by the gerudo army itself. This posed an enormous threat to the Zoras who lived near by as they feared being assualted by the pirates now that the Gerudo Army was protecting them. Queen Netra felt that the top priority of the Gerudo Empire was to reclaim Gerudo Valley, as it was once their home.

Chapter 2: Finding a new Home

As Queen Netra explained to her people that reclaiming Gerudo Valley would awaken the spirits that have fallen during the corrupt era and unleash a blessing amongst the Empire, the colony quickly agreed to travel back through the dessert to Gerudo Valley. Upon arriving, they found the valley un touched. This made Queen Netra very happy as she expected to fight for Gerudo Valley. The colony quickly established itself and in 12 days upon arriving, the Gerudo villagers noticed strange things happening. Undead creatures where said to be seen walking around the gerudo settlement. This frightened the Queen so she ordered Admiral Pari to recruit as many new soldiers as possible and place them in the desert to slay any undead creatures seen. Queen Netra thought at the time, that this would eventually solve the horrific and mysterious problem. Some of the Gerudo women began to question Queen Netra about her prediction of a blessing and eventually resulted in a riot. The citizens of the Gerudo Empire demanded to leave the dry forsaken place at once. Many of the new recruits Queen Netra asked Admiral Pari to appoint died for unknown causes. All the evidence left behind was a face, with 2 empty eye sockets. Of course this frightened the citizens and the Queen herself so she agreed to search for a new terrain to call their own. Admiral Pari asked the queen if instead of finding new terrain, they could settle back at the Pirates Fortress. She hastily replied, “No! The death of these young warriors won’t be meaningless! We will have new terrain and expand our nation!” Admiral was much more intelligent than Queen Netra but she lacked courage and mental strength. That is why Queen Netra was appointed Queen because of her courage and determination to rebuild the Gerudo Empire. And so, Queen Netra commanded her sister to decide which piece of land was the best for the empire, and the easiest to take. And thus, Admiral Pari decided that Kokiri Forest was indeed an ideal target for the new settlement. The Kokiris that inhabited the forest where weak, and thus easy to wipe out. Queen Netra officially declared war on the people of Kokiri forest. She marched her army out of Gerudo Valley and into Kokiri Forest and without dripping a sweat conquered Kokiri Forest. “That could barley be considered a war ha-ha!” exclaimed Queen Netra. Now the Gerudo Empire inhabited the forest, though it had very limited space for such a big population the Gerudo Empire had no choice but to cop with the conditions. Some gerduo women where ordered to settle in the lost woods because of the limited space. As the gerudos became familiar with the Kokiri forest and the lost woods, they were able to settle more efficiently throughout the lost woods and eventually finding the passage ways to the Goron city and Zora domain. This was very interesting to Queen Netra and Admiral Pari as they could use these secret entrances in the future. But now, the Gerudo Empire faces a serious problem that could tear the Empire apart. The lack of babies being produced was at a dangerous level. Queen Netra however had many different plans in solving this problem.
