The Legend of Zelda: The Cursed Tower

Chapter One: The lost troops.
"We lost..." Link thought in his head as he saw the enemy troop putting shackles on them. His mind was dazed. They had just lost a battle and not only that, but he nearly died in the battle. He was only alive because of a sacrifice. A soldier pushed him out of harms way and got struck down himself.

You see, for the past 3 years, Hyrule and its neigboring kingdom, Trystrolan, were at war. Before the war began, Hyrule and Trystrolan were peacefully trading gold, crops, and animals when that sad day came. A merchant from Hyrule traveled to Trystroland and in a fit of rage because the King thought that the exports wasn't calculated correctly, the merchant attacked the King's only son, Prince Nirick. Nirick survived the onslaught, but he was tramautized because of it. The King saw this as Hyrule's calculating plan to assassinate the royal family, so he declared war on Hyrule and wanted to conquer it. So because of the merchant's stupid decision, they were at war with each other.

Link and his men were just fighting a battle at Lake Hylia. They thought it was going to be an easy battle because they were familier with the terran there, but they were wrong and because of it, only 200 out of the origonal 2,000 men survived. Link felt the enemy soldiers roughly slamming the shackles on him and then shoving him towards the direction of the tower.
"We aren't in Hyrule anymore...We're in another country!" a soldier said out loud. He was right. Link could no longer see Death Mountian, the landmark of Hyrule.

As they entered the tower, a soldier approached them. Link stared at the soldier. Were they to be killed instantly?
"The High General commands that you take the soldiers to their prison, but the man in the green clothing is to come to him."
Link blinked in suprised. He didn't know if escape was just around the corner or not, nor did he know if he was going to be killed or not. As he was led away from his men, he saw one of them, his own high general...Alexra, a tall man with a black beard and hair and a burly figure

As Alexra and the others were shoved into their prison and the metal door slammed shut, he glared at the youngest soldier. Carve', a boy of about 15.
"This is all your fault!" he growled. "Link told you quite clearly to remain at the camp!"
"It wasn't my fault!" Carve' cried in defense. "A guy came in and told me to go report to Link that there was...."
"I don't want to hear it!" Alexra roared. "You endangered Link's life and..."
"Alexra...It's not the boy's fault. It's your fault! You wanted to lead the fight to Lake Hylia and you convinced Link to go there!" an older man spoke up.
"Why you..." Alexra said as he attempted to lunge at the man, but his shackles restrained him.
"Face it, Alexra. Because of you we are now in prison! Link is probably going to be tortured or executed as we speak!" the older man said sternly.
"It's your fault!" Alexra said flatly.
The older man sighed. His gray eyes stared into Alexra's wild brown ones. "You have one weakness...Alexra...You cannot accept your own faults, so you blame it on the innocents. You blamed Link for the death of your brother, did you not? In the battle before the battle of Lake Hylia?"
Alexra glared at the man. Little did he knew, was that there was going to be a long trial before they could escape.

Hi there, this is the first time i did a fan fiction where the story takes place after the main action. Sorry if it was rushed. I tried to explain it the best way i can and as the story progresses, we'll learn more about the battle and there'll be a plot twist involving the Prince himself!
Well, how was it? Any comments or suggestions?

Yes i finaly get first post any way i liked it. it was interesting does it kinda take place after oot but link didn't go to find navi? ( i don't blame him)

It's pretty good. Maybe you could work on putting in a little more detail. With some work your story can go far. The beginning part was good; it caught my attention.
