Well, at least now we can say the bump wasn't in vain. Well, if only for this comment. Ah, just a shame.
I read the whole entire story and I really like it. I haven't played the original game extensively to figure how you modified things around, but I can tell the story was genuinely full of substance and was very well constructed, even if I thought of it to be rather simple and straight forward. But with those things in mind, it was very easy and a simple pleasure to read. The dialogue was masterful, I can say-- and the little reference to the old cartoon was pretty clever. Good job. Hope that sequel gets finished.
