(ZGen/ Act) MM Fic (PG)

All my other fics turned out horrible, so I think it's good that I post a story I know by heart. I'd also like reveiws and stuff, too.


<Chapter One>
Epona trudged slowly through the dew-covered grass of the lost woods. Link, a young hero slept silently on her back. Epona looked up, and saw two slightly creepy-looking lights coming toward her. She pawed the ground nervously. Link came out of his slumber, and realized that they were fairies. They came and scared Epona so badly that she bucked Link off of her back, right on to a tree, knocking him out.
“You fairies did great!” said a voice.
Out of the mist came a mask that seemed to be floating. It had two yellow spikes above each eye, five on each cheek, a yellow and purple face, and eyes that seemed to swirl. After the mask came the body it was attached to.
Through one blurry eye, Link saw someone that looked vaguely familiar, and then was out of it again.
“Him? Well, there shouldn’t be any problems.”
The figure walked over to Link, searched him, and came out with something very valuable: The Ocarina of Time.
He backed away from Link, just as he woke up. The figure was turned around, so Link approached it very slowly… SNAP!!! A branch was broken under Link’s foot.

“He is known as Skull Kid. Nobody knows why he came here; he just attacked two people in the woods. We found one, but the other is lost and presumed dead.”
That was what Link heard when he woke up. He was on a soft bed with a feather pillow. He looked at his hands, and saw one problem: he had no fingers. Just stubs for hands. He looked in a mirror to his right… and saw something out of a nightmare.

Ah! A mini cliff hanger. Well even though I know the story, you've caught my interest...have any more?
