Probably. Also note that you do not have an approved character. You'll need to ask one of the BA Councillors to approve it, or wait until one sees to it themselves.

Well duh. It'd still be way fly of the council peoples if they let the noob man join instead of making him wait till next tourney. And if they were willing to wait one day, I should be able to throw another noob in here to make the number even again =P

I'm afraid not, Chance. According to the top post: "Enrolment will be open for the entirety of this week ( 09/02/09 - 16/02/09 )" [It's 2/09/09 - 2/16/09]

The tournament is closed for enrollment now.

Maybe you can try to sign up for the next tournament? ^.^

That's true. We could even have what I think would be the first perfectly even tournament, as it'd be 16 people (making 4 rounds of 1v1, with no spares.)
