I hope you're not talking about me (that wasn't meant to sound like a threat)
I like Twilight too. I love Twilight but I just don't like the rabid fan-girls and how they obsess. I've read every book (except Midnight Sun) and I enjoyed them quite a bit.
Once again, I apologize.
No, I figured you knew who I was talking about. The history of this thread tells it all.
So I was reading that they already have a storyboard and director and all these ideas layed down for Eclipse!!
Indeed. Generalizing and blanket statements are always a bad idea. I like the story but i also can see the humor in making fun of it, however when it's done on the level i see it done on the internet, its just not funny anymore.
(However that one fanfic about Simon Belmont slaughtering the cast of Twilight was pretty hilarious)
I have to say im no fanboy but I do like the series ( it is a bit too much unrealistic tho but anyway) im going to watch this with my GF because she wants to really bad and I want to watch it just not really bad. Gonna watch the trailer now. (with no sound)

Simon Belmont's comin' for that head, nigga!” He sprung into action, tackling the vampire with the force of a quarterback who overdosed on his steroids.
“What's going on?” Screamed Alice. Simon Belmont jumped in the air and threw holy water on the vampire but it did not work for some reason, so he just punched her in the face. The other vampires jumped up to attack. The sun caught their bodied and they glimmered like faultless diamonds.
“What the **** is this ****?!” Snapped Simon. He kicked all the vampires in the face. Edward was there for some reason. The fight was so pathetic that talking about how pathetic the fight was would be more amusing than talking about the actual fight.
What's funny is that out of all 4 of the books, its the most popular.
The backstories are probably why people love it so much. the actual plot of that one is very boring. Rosalie's backstory would have been much better had the author had balls enough to go more into detail about what happened to her and why.
