For a while I was using Gwen Stefani; her albums Love. Angel. Music. Baby and The Sweet Escape were really fun.




This reminds me I should start running again.

I generally listen to anything that's fast-paced, or that's just plain awesome. For example...

"Smells Like Teen Spirit" - Nirvanna.
"What's Up?!" - Maximum the Hormone.
"Break The Walls" - Jim Johnston.
"Headstrong" - Whoever sings that.
"Out Of My Head" - Puddle of Mudd.
"Shut Me Up" - Mindless Self Indulgence.
"Veni Vidi Vici" - Barlait.

And, if I'm trying to max out with bench press or squat, I listen to "Requiem For a Dream". Just for the sheer epicness.

Spoonman by Soundgarden is pretty good for a work out song.

Queen- Another one bites the dust.

RATM- Bombtrack.
