The Dark Knight

Only a month away, so I've been avoiding spoilers.

From what I've seen, though, it looks damn good, and it looks like it will be better than the previous film. Who else is looking forward to The Dark Knight?

I had a boner for Batman Begins, so I will have a raging semi for The Dark Knight, at least.

If this movie is anything less than the greatest super hero movie ever I will be disappointed.

This movie is going to be incredible!!! I can't wait to see it. Midnight showing baby! I mean, Heath Ledger died for this movie, his role is going to be so awesome! I mean, he locked himself up in a hotel, completely isolated himself for a few months practicing the Joker in the mirror. He went all out for this role!!! Simple amazing.

It has to be as good or better than Batman Begins. How could it be worse? Same cast, same director... If this movie isn't amazing, I don't know what I'll do.

I'm so looking forward to this. Midnight IMAX showing!

Lucky, I wish we had an IMAX nearby. Maybe we do, I should look into it.

I remember seeing Batman Begins on the IMAX. Remember the fight scenes? Where you had no idea what was going on? Well, try watching that on the IMAX really close to the screen.

I was rather surprised when I saw this. I actually came across this by accident, but I thought it was to good to be left without notice...maybe a little to good.

Two-Face in The Dark Knight. Here is a picture and video from the film. I read somewhere that he was going to be in the film, but I was just so unsure.

Yeah I saw that clip a few days ago. I'm willing to bet that it's either at the end of the movie or even as part of an after-credits sequence. I really doubt that they'll run two villains at the same time. It's been proven that trying that hardly pans out. Look at [i]Spider-Man 3[/i], or [i]Batman and Robin[/i] and [i]Batman Forever[/i] (though the latter almost pulled it off).

Still, I think that Aaron Eckhart looks like he can pull off Two-Face quite well, which is something I was sort of iffy about in the past. I always thought he'd make a good Dent, but Two-Face is a whole other can of worms. I also hope it means that the next movie will take inspiration from [i]The Long Halloween[/i], which would kick tremendous amounts of ass.

I also found this image around the same time I saw said clip, but I'm not sure if it's the real deal or not. I suspect not, but still, click for supero-spoiler picture.

Wow, he looks good in the first picture, but the second one looks fake. It's just too low quality for me to believe it just yet.

Soooo looking forward to this movie. Cannot wait. Batman Begins is my favorite superhero movie ever, and if this one isn't better... you know what, never mind. That's impossible. This will be the greatest superhero film of all time.

I just got done watching the first one. Something tells me this next one is going to exceed our expectations.

No no, I've seen it plenty of times. I just stuck it in today because I was too excited for the next one. And yes, it is a good movie!

Still avoiding spoilers, and I am getting real excited for this movie. As you can see, images of The Joker, Harvey Dent, and Joker's "parody" of Harvey Dent's DA campaign are visible in my sig.

Dent will become Two-Face in a way similar to how he did in The Long Halloween? With Boss Maroni and all?

Anyway, this movie is getting awesome reviews. This does look like it will be the greatest superhero movie ever made, and one of the year's finest films.

The Oscar buzz has already started amongst those who have seen early screenings of the film. Mostly it's for Ledger's performance, and I'd be entirely unsurprised if he got a posthumous nod from the Academy for Best Supporting Actor.

It also reportedly clocks in at close to three hours, yet still doesn't drag and leaves the watcher just wanting more, which means I'm thinking more and more that my guess from earlier in the thread is right.

Supporting Actor? Wouldn't he be considered just an Actor? Not supporting? He is the main villain after all.
