I feel that way about Burton's films as a whole. While they may not be the truest to the comic, I loved Burton's vision. Batman Begins may be the closest thing to what Batman is (though, Ras Al Gul is all wrong, and the whole "Nice Coat" line that comes directly after the "I'm Batman" line belongs in B&R and ruined the whole scene), but Batman and Batman Returns, in my opinion, are far more enjoyable movies. Though, I'll admit, it is lame how much Batman played second fiddle to the villains.
Then again, I just didn't enjoy Begins that much at all. Maybe that's because I like excitement and memorable scenes in my movies.
