How many ZUers like anime?

Nice poll options, considering this is now in Entertainment Anime

it seems to me...that there are no good american cartoons. all that remain are horrible, or are computer animated (which I dun like at all) so, since anime has more violence than american cartoons, better art style than american cartoons, and more adult themes than american cartoons, I watch anime. especially naruto. but anime in general, yes.

EDIT: by the way, full metal alchemist and one peice rule! blah blah blah...the best animes ever...blah blah blah.

I like anime, yes.
Unfortunately, I haven't delved into as many series as I could.

Totally, first one I ever watched was of course Dragon Ball Z when I was a kid and din't even know what anime was, and of cousre what little kid didn't like Pokemon.

I think thats about it,
My all time favorite series' are all the Gundams, Naruto, Bleach, Fruits Basket Chrono Crusade, and two of the most under appreciated animes out there, D.N. Angel and Spiral, both are absolutely awsome shows.

I usually don't stick with anime. But when I watch 5 chapters of any anime, I get hooked with it.

And then it gets cancelled ;_;

My favorite anime must be Cyborg 009, it made me cry 3 times is just 8 chapters. And it got cancelled ;_;

Only anime I like s Bleach. I know it's mediocre, but I like it anyway.

Jesus, I have to catch up with 3 weeks of Bleach (138, 139, 140) and the Movie! :O

Until recently I thought I was a big anime fan, until I realised I rarely even watch it anymore. And looking back I'd probably hate most of the things I used to enjoy when I was younger, and the more recent shows I've watched have just been so cheesy and bad that I can't really take it seriously anymore.

As of right now the only anime I can tolerate is old Gundam and Miyazaki movies.

If you really want to nitpick, only English-speaking fans of Japanese animation use it like that. The Japanese mean merely to describe animation in general with that term. ^_^
