...Because if that were a band, I'd do anything to watch them perform, even if it meant lugging around stereo systems before the show.

I'm not going to say he's the best guitarist in the world, but he's a hell of alot better than your giving him credit for. I don't understand how a keyboardist playing with him could make him better at guitar; thats illogical.

The same way that dual vocals can sound better than just one guy singing. With the keyboard in the background, Laiho relies on it to improve his sound. By himself, he's good, but nothing to z0mg33 about.

EDIT: Tony Iommi is amazing.

The keyboards do enhance his sound, the same way playing with drums and a bass and another guitar enhance his sound. Hence, the entire point of playing in a band. That doesnt make him any more or less skilled at the guitar, though.

You chose well. although maynards lyrics are pretty amazing, he really only has one tone in his voice: - anger. Brandon also writes amazing lyrics but is a better singer.

You're right about the point of a band, but when your guitarist relies on the backup to sound 'amazing', there's a problem (or just a lack of talent).

I picked my friend Aaron as vocals because I think his voice is really catchy, so what!

Danny Carey on drums because he's just amazing on them, and he sounds unique.

Also, I only put one guitar because I think bands sound better with one guitar.

Three piece band, not too hard to remember. Of course, my dad was their Roadie back in the day, so I've known about the band since the day I was born, as well as met the members, so its easy enough for me to remember. Making a band with any of the three would be a good move, they're all masters of their instruments.
