Bleach

Ikkaku's Bankai kicks all ass, it takes my second favorite Bankai slot at the moment. (Beat only by Bakuyka's[sp?] Bankai, I loves it). It just beats out Zangetsu, by a inch. Also Grimmjaw bugs me, I don't like his character very much, and we all know he is going to get his ass handed to him, so why must he try. Sigh, when do we get to see Inoue again, I miss her

It was funny though to have rukia owned in like 4 seconds right after she was starting to be awesome, ikakku's bankai did look cool and all, but I really didn't like the animation quality for this episode when he was twirling the thing around while the dragon was becoming red.

Yup, he's a stuck-up pretty boy who reckons he's s***-hot. He might be ridiculously strong (he took down Hitsugaya's bankai in one hit for Christ's sake), but everything about his character irritates me.

I assume you mean Byakuya and not Rukia? Yeah, that guy radiates an atmosphere of cool - he's arrogant, headstrong, apathetic, but incredibly strong, and his bankai is something else. His voice actor is great - really conveys the character well (I assume you know I mean the Japanese version, not the English dub travesty).

Not likely. He's the star after all. You just have to imagine how much more he can advance after he achieved bankai so quickly - there must be more to Zangetsu than that.

Ishida and Sasuke Uchiha have the same seiyuu (Japanese voice actor), and they do seem to be similar characters in a few ways.

Favourite character: Captain Hitsugaya. Why? I don't know, guess I just like the whole child prodigy theme (the Zelda series is pretty much based on one after all). I love how he's so serious and easy to annoy. Plus, his zanpakutou and bankai are just something else!

I think we need to see a little more of Kenpachi - anyone else agree? They don't necessarily need to reveal his zanpakutou's name, but the guy is hardcore - I haven't read much of the manga, but it'd be interesting to see how he'd fare against an Arrancar.

The anime is shoddily drawn, but at least it keeps the story interesting. The Bount arc was a bit slow, but I'm loving the Arrancar arc! Is Bleach 119 out yet? And if so, is it subbed? I keep forgetting which day it's aired - Wednesday at 7pm in Japan?

ANd yes I despise Sosuke-san.

As I said earlier, Ishida and Sasuke have the same voice actor, and they do possess a few similar character traits, though Ishida lightens up, while Sasuke goes from bad to worse. And people generally don't use honorifics for people they despise. It sort of defeats the purpose.

If they are following one piece's example, a one week skip means good quality animation next week.

I should watch some of the newer episodes. Maybe it looks cooler in anime form. >.>

It's nice to see Ururu have the spotlight, but it was kinda creepy seeing her being so brutal. Still, we've had hints of her super-strength. When Ichigo was in the shattered shaft, and started the Hollow-ification process, we see Ururu ready her arm to fight, although she is held back by Urahara. And we've also seen her boxing Ichigo.
If I recall correctly, she was helping Renji, right?

(THE SPOILERS IN THIS ARE FOR THE MANGA, SO BEWARE)On a completely different note, I miss some characters. Specifically, Hitsugaya, Hinamori, and Hanatarou. We haven't seen Hanatarou AT ALL since Soul Society, and we haven't seen the former two since they went back. And it's not like it was all settled or something. Hinamori was being delisional, but we didn't see the effects of Hitsugaya going back or anything. >.< Also, Urahara was about to train Ichigo's friends, but we don't get to see that either. Who agrees that we should see some of the non-Inoue rescue people too?
(Although I'm looking forward to Ichigo and Ulquiorra's fight. :]

To be honest I didn't like this episode, I was hoping for a show about Rejin, Whitey, and Masumoto battling, but I got a few minutes of that, and alot of a onesided stupid battle between ichigo, and Grimmjow, making Ichigo depressed...again. It was bothersome.

The opening song is usally named during the opening song itself.

I can't really make up my mind on best Bleach character... On one side I got Hollow Ichigo as a total badass character and on the other Uruhara, all knowing, always one step ahead and just plain cool Much like Kakashi in Naruto. xD

Dattebayo has no transliteration - it merely emphasises the mood of a speech, in the same way that 'ka' denotes a speech as a question.

Naruto isn't for some (or many, it would seem), but there are those of us that enjoy it, so leave us alone for christ's sake.

But I maintain that the dub is terrible, as is pretty much any 4kids dub.
