I wrote this thread to know if anyone like saint seiya... I you do feel free to write about you favorite knight and you favorite saga I want to know who likes it!!!

For the record, I found Saint Seiya to be very boring.

Well I heard of it once, but what is the show about? Is it interesting for say a 15 year old, like myself?

It isn't anywhere near as good as say...Cowboy Beebop or Tenchi, etc.

Amen to that. I had the unfortunate pleasure of watching the Golden Apple movie and it bored me to tears.

Saint Seiya is the best Anime out there for me, to all of you who say it's boring, ya'll just saying that because you don't know anything about the series, me?? I watched all the episodes and trust me the beginning is not good, the drawings are not good either in the beginning (just like when Dragonball started), but once you get into the story it becomes the best out of the best.

hyliankid05, let me tell you something man, these people in this site don't know anything about saint seiya (or Los Caballeros Del Zodiaco, like we call it in our latin countries) I've watched the whole series up to Poseidon and I would pay anything to have all the episodes on DVD. The american version of the series really really sucks, they changed the music, they intro is gay, I don't know why they mess everything when they bring it to America (U.S), (they did the samething with soccer, but thats another story) and the voices are horrible, nothing compared to the Japanese and Spanish voices that we are used to hearing (I noticed the mexican flag under your name, I'm hispanic too send me a private messege if you read this man).

As to my favorite knight, it has to be either Shiryu (The Dragon) or Ikki (The Phoenix).
Also I have all the 13 ovas on DVD, I love them. So yeah QUE VIVAN LOS CABALLEROS DEL ZODIACO!!!!!!

yea... I agree, I havent seen no episodes on english but I know it sucks big time... only the spanish and japanese are awsome... my favorite saga is the one of the 12 houses (las doces casa o el santuario de arles) my favorite knight is ikki(phoenix) and airiolos(saggitarium) come this is an awsome tv show come on people post I know you like saint seiya

it is one of the best Manga/Anime series ever!!!! i mean, i've loved it ever since i was five. the only thing i hate about it is that the Golden Knight that represents my sign is Gay, and i was teased at school cause of it.

It was one of the best anime/manga I ever saw. The english version is not that great
When they translate the voices into english they sound like homos(also in dbz). It sucks. I watch it when a was little and like it for life. I will like if they came out with a spanish version of it. Mi caballero favorito es el cisne.

Anyways I don't like Saint Seiya. The dub and the Japanese version sucks big fat monkey nuts. Like others have said, it's very boring.
