Pretty much this. I love the backgrounds in that vid, but anything on the foreground just looks weird.

The Return of Harmony was my first new episode. I only heard about ponies last April, because I was too busy working to notice the pony obsession.

New episodes weren't airing when I became a fan.

The first one I watched was the first one...
But when I started it was the season gap.

Nah, it's been confirmed several times they'll be cool guys and air the entire thing in one swoop (unless each part is 1-hour-long since the time slot that week says 1:00-2:00 PM ET). It's pretty much the only reason there's no episode this week.

Also, I lol @ the wedding figuring as an official wedding in the New York Times this week.
